Lets start off with your Enter Page, your Enter Page, is very organise, a major improvement. It looks great. To start I'd just like to say that, your Enter Page wording "Welcome And Save those Who need Help" does not make sense. you wrote "welcome" whats the necissity for "and" You should be writing something like "Welcome" and then below that it could say "They need help, and we have helped, and we are here to help. And we are helping, and we're going to continue to help" its a quote by "Dan Quayle" or you could use "The purpose of human life is to serve, and to show compassion and the will to help others" by "Albert Schweitzer."
There are LOTS of good help quotes. "http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/keywords/help.html" Thats a good place to get help quotes. Other than that your enter page is great
First Impression
My first impressions are "Wow" because of the enter page setup. When I moved on to your homepage your site looked really good, although instead of using "text" why don't you use a REAL navigation block? You shoud have a layout with Madeleine or something. So lets move on

You Used a link code which is great! But you should use WAY MORE HTML codes.
Content
Lots of good content on your site! But try adjusting the background colors and organise the pages a bit better so your site will look more proffessional.
